INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
International orders will have a calculated shipping cost based on the total weight & dimensions of your order.
There are multiple courier options to choose from that best suit your shipping preference.
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAX & DUTY FEES :
All import tax & duty fees are calculated and shown when choosing your preferred shipping method, the customer is responsible for paying the cost of any import tax & duty fees.
If the customer refuses to pay any import tax & duty fees, the customer is responsible for covering all the costs to return the order.
TRACKING YOUR ITEM :
An email containing a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address supplied when your order is shipped.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We aim to ship within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, but this may take longer if there are any questions you have regarding your order, that we want to take care of before we ship. Pre-ordered items will ship upon arrival in-store. We will endeavour to provide accurate information on expected delivery dates, but sometimes delays can occur.
