Returns & International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Returned items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With all original tags attached
Footwear returned in the original box

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

International Returns (Important)

Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

International customs duties and taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable.

We do not process exchanges for international orders. If you require a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us before returning it.
If an item is confirmed as faulty after inspection, we will offer either:
A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
A full refund, including original and return shipping costs.

This applies only to items deemed faulty or incorrect and does not apply to size changes or change-of-mind returns.
