Returns & International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us before returning it. If an item is confirmed as faulty after inspection, we will offer either: A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or A full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
