RATS Henley Neck L/S T-Shirt - Navy

The Henley shirt has its origins in nineteenth century sporting clothing before becoming a familiar part of American workwear and everyday dress. Its simple collarless neckline and short button placket made it practical as both an underlayer and a shirt in its own right, a role that RATS retains while giving the construction considerably more substance.

RATS uses a 6.6oz California cotton jersey with a full hand and intentionally uneven texture through the yarn. Areas exposed to greater tension are reinforced accordingly, with triple needle stitching through the body and hem and zigzag stitching around the collar and front placket.

The details become more apparent up close, particularly the original buttons engraved with "RATS" and "WAY OF LIFE." A regular fit keeps the silhouette straightforward, while the pre washed finish settles the cotton and brings out the natural variation in the fabric before the first wear.
