Pherrow's USMC Hunter Camo Jacket

Pherrow’s USMC Hunter Camo Jacket draws from the camouflage clothing developed for the US military during the Second World War. The distinctive pattern belongs to the family of disruptive camouflage often referred to as frogskin or duck hunter camo, combining irregular green and brown shapes across a lighter ground. Originally developed for military use, variations of the pattern would later become particularly familiar through American hunting and outdoor clothing.

Pherrow’s uses the pattern across a straightforward cotton jacket with a short, functional silhouette. A single flap pocket sits at the chest, printed with USMC lettering and the Marine Corps Eagle, Globe and Anchor emblem. Button adjusters at the cuffs and waist add further utility while reinforcing the jacket's military influence.

The 100% cotton fabric has a washed appearance that softens the camouflage and gives the colours a less uniform character from the outset. With continued wear and washing, the fabric should soften further while the printed pattern gradually develops additional variation around seams, edges and other high wear areas.
