Wearmasters had the fabric for this shirt custom-woven rather than sourced off the shelf. It's a heavyweight rayon oxford built from a blend of filament and spun yarns, which gives it the fluid drape and slight sheen of vintage rayon while holding enough body to wear well on its own. The hand improves with repeated washing.
The Lot.877 is cut in a semi-loose box silhouette with an open collar and flap chest pockets, finished with 4.8mm double-needle chain stitching throughout. Long sleeves give it a bit more range than the short-sleeve 878, moving between warmer evenings and transitional weather without needing to layer. Made in Japan.
Worn open over a tee with the Lot.720 Heritage Trousers, or buttoned up with a high-waisted pant when the occasion calls for it.
