Below is a detailed description of our In-store, Domestic & International return policy.

BRICK & MORTAR STORE POLICY: New and unused items purchased at URAHARA are eligible for exchange or store credit only. URAHARA must be notified within 14 days of the purchase for exchange or store credit, all original tags must be attached and items in a reasonable unspoiled condition. Please note that we can't refund or exchange any jeans purchased once they are hemmed.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Coinbase & Afterpay.

ONLINE DOMESTIC POLICY: New and unused items purchased online domestically qualify for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Notification to URAHARA within 14 days of delivery is necessary to avail of our return options. All original tags must remain attached. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged before or during delivery, or due to an error on our part. Once notification has been acknowledged, items must be returned with tracking.

ONLINE INTERNATIONAL POLICY: New and unused items purchased online internationally are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided we are notified within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are only covered by URAHARA in cases where an item is confirmed to be faulty or where an error has occurred on our part. Once a return request has been approved, items must be sent back with valid tracking. We are happy to offer size exchanges on international orders, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, reshipment costs, and any duties or taxes incurred. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.


EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day you, or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier), receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement sent to store@urahara-store.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may also initiate a return directly from your order confirmation page.

Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our part.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. hemmed jeans).

GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
