The same coverall pattern as the cotton twill versions, cut here in denim. Japan Blue produces this alongside the solid-colour twills, applying the same construction logic to a fabric with different properties and a different wear trajectory.
Denim coveralls have their own history in Japan, drawing on the domestic workwear forms that developed from the Meiji period onward. This version is made in mid-wash indigo denim, 100% cotton, sewn and finished in Kojima, Okayama. The indigo is pre-washed to a mid tone, lighter than raw denim, with the crocking and surface variation already settled. It will continue to develop with wear... fold lines and points of friction will mark themselves gradually over time.
