Brown's Beach use a blend of recycled wool with cotton in their coats and vests. This makes a more sustainable product that has less impact on the environment. Because of how the fabric is milled it is less prone to losing shape and more durable.

Brown's Beach is over 100 years old however in 2010 Mikiharu Tsujita of Fullcount acquired Brown's Beach to reproduce some of the Brown's Beach original fabrics and designs with a fresh outlook.

While there is no flagship store solely for Brown's Beach, they are owned by Japanese denim masters FullCount, and so the largest range will be found in FullCount stores in Japan.
