Career Opportunities

URAHARA was founded in 2016 as a small store dedicated to well-made Japanese clothing. Over the years, the store has grown into a much larger space and community where garments tell stories, products endure and respect for process, culture and ethics is paramount.

We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to excellence and attention to detail while sharing our vision and values.

Our Values :

Authenticity

Authenticity sits at the core of URAHARA.
It lives in the brands we choose, the people we work with, and the way we carry ourselves. URAHARA is built on real connection and integrity and rejects hype and noise. We connect with those who live and breathe their craft, who stand behind what they make, who are a genuine part of culture and subculture.

Respect

We work in an environment built on mutual respect and trust. Every voice matters, and honesty guides how we speak to one another. We believe that good ideas come from collaboration... from open conversation, shared curiosity and the willingness to listen and celebrate individuality.

We value personal and cultural differences knowing they bring depth and perspective to everything we do.

Sustainability

Sustainability begins with awareness of the planet, the resources we draw from, and the cost of every choice we make. We value natural materials and timeless design made to serve a purpose and last beyond a season. Being sustainable is not about perfection, but about moving carefully & making considered and conscious choices.

Humility

We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Working with expensive or beautiful things doesn’t make anyone more or less important. Humility keeps us honest and reminds us that we are here to connect, educate and share. Good energy and doing good things is what matters most.
