We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $500 AUD, applied automatically at checkout.
Australia (Domestic Orders)
All Australian orders are shipped domestically.

United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent with duties and import charges covered by us.
The price you pay at checkout is the final price — there are no additional customs duties or import taxes payable on delivery.
International Orders (Rest of World)
Orders shipped outside Australia and the United States are sent from Australia.
Depending on your country’s regulations, local import taxes, customs duties, or courier handling fees may be charged on delivery by local authorities. These charges are not collected by us and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped the same business day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched
Tracking & Delivery
All orders include full tracking.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier handling, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local delivery services once a parcel has left Australia.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Returns & International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
With all original tags attached
Footwear returned in the original box
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
International Returns (Important)
Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
International customs duties and taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable.
We do not process exchanges for international orders. If you require a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us before returning it.
If an item is confirmed as faulty after inspection, we will offer either:
A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
A full refund, including original and return shipping costs.
This applies only to items deemed faulty or incorrect and does not apply to size changes or change-of-mind returns.
