This SunKu necklace showcases coconut beads hand-dyed with natural indigo, using a traditional Japanese technique passed down through the ages. The process involves fermenting "sukumo" – indigo leaves – to create a deep, rich indigo dye. Unlike synthetic dyeing methods, each bead is individually hand-dyed, allowing for a unique, one-of-a-kind colour depth.

As you wear it, the beads will develop a glossy, deeper indigo tone, offering a beautiful ageing process. The addition of turquoise, brass, and silver beads engraved with the symbolic "39" adds refined accents, elevating the piece. This versatile design can be worn as both a necklace and a bracelet, making it a timeless addition to any collection.
