This heavyweight loopwheel T-shirt is knitted on Daimaru “Biglooper” machines, a rare cylindrical knitting machine found only in Japan. Designed to push the limits of traditional loopwheel technology, each Daimaru features over a thousand individually set needles, operated under the expert eye of skilled craftsmen.

The result is a circular-knit fabric with no side seams, offering a clean silhouette and superior comfort. The low-tension knitting creates a soft, heavy yet breathable fabric that’s ideal for natural dyeing and develops character with wear.
