From Tanuki, the new MIYABI fabric, it's been 3 years in the making and has taken notes from the now-discontinued rare Earth fabric. Clocking in at 18.7oz, the MIYABI fabric is packed with features. The fabric is made from a mix of different cotton, an unbleached organic Peruvian cotton for the weft, and the warp consists of Texas & California cotton. The result is a super slubby texture with quite a fuzzy/hairy surface. The cotton has been dyed using natural & pure indigo, expect unique fades with lots of variations of blue hues.
