We have restocked in two of the most popular models, Iron Hearts high taper 888s and classic mid-rise 634s shapes both available in-store and online now!

Both jeans sit in a comfortable 14oz denim, which is the perfect year round weight with a balance of both durability and versatility. These jeans are sanforized and one wash which means these jeans are good to put into your rotation straight away without pre-washing or the worry of shrinkage.

Iron Heart History.

After 20 years of working in the garment industry in Japan, with beginnings as a pattern maker for Edwin, advancing to designer then producer/director for the company, Shinichi Haraki decided to combine his wealth of experience with his passions in fashion and motorbikes and create his own clothing brand. With a focus on heavyweight denims and durable fabrics, designed for and aimed at the Japanese motorcycling community, Shinichi established the Iron Heart brand.

Since its origins in 2002 Iron Heart has expanded globally gaining fans all around the world for their versatile and hard wearing denim, only available in speciality denim retailers and their stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kojima, a pair of Iron Heart jeans is a must for any denim head.

Iron Heart was originally made for bikers, and even today that focus guides design and construction of the clothing. Confident that the clothes appeal to a variety of owners, Haraki-san conceives of them to be worn by riders and for their preferences. Iron Heart garments are in the main made from heavyweight fabrics, designed to be durable, and to some extent protective for motor bikers. Iron Heart clothing is classic in materials and styling, using mostly flannels, denim and chambrays for shirts, and basing jackets on time tested military or riding favourites. Some designs – for example the 25oz XHS (extra heavy selvedge) denim jeans - are at the limit of what can actually be woven and sewn: “over-engineered is our starting point.”.
